Dave serves as chief sales officer for Grant Thornton, where he leads the firm’s national sales strategy and focuses on strengthening client relationships, driving growth across service lines and elevating the client experience.

He previously served as managing principal of Growth and Private Equity, driving go-to-market strategies across both public and private sectors, with a particular focus on private equity. Before that, he was market managing principal of Grant Thornton's third-largest office, where he led efforts to deliver exceptional client service and drive cross-industry growth.

A respected leader in the firm, Dave brings the full strength of Grant Thornton’s audit, accounting, tax and advisory services to public and private middle-market and upper-market companies. He is the first relationship professional in the firm’s history to become a principal and managing principal, holding several key leadership roles.

Dave has led several of Grant Thornton’s key client accounts and service teams. He was recognized as a SEAL for Service Excellence in Account Leadership, supporting the firm’s top-tier Diamond clients. His experience spans a wide range of complex industries, including consumer/industrial products, technology, life sciences, financial services and private equity. He also led the firm’s private equity practice in the Greater Philadelphia region.

Dave is a co-founder and leader of the CFO Advisory Board and the CIO Advisory Board of Greater Philadelphia. He has served on the boards of the Economy League of Greater Philadelphia, the CEO Alliance of Philadelphia and the Pennsylvania SPCA. He also chaired the IMPACT Conference and served as sponsorship chair for PACT.

Outside the firm, Dave is an advanced black belt in aikido and aikijutsu and a devoted husband and father.
